South Hill Cider - Stay and Trade

Another "Stay and Trade" in the books! This time for a local favorite, South Hill Cider. My wife, our three daughters and I enjoyed a 2-night stay at the Tentrr site at South Hill Cider. The campground itself was like most Tentrr sites; Bring your own linens (Q), a composting toilet, grill, table and outdoor storage. I loved that the site was as bare bones or "glampy" AS YOU CHOSE TO MAKE IT, as it should be.

It was really private and quiet. We had so much fun hiking the trails, finding and identifying mushrooms, picking wildflower bouquets, roasting marshmallows... Being within 10 minutes of any store if needed was handy, but having the Cidery within walking distance was great.

They did a gorgeous Cheese and Apple Cider Guided tasting for my wife and I. The food was 10/10. Local yummy chesses and such. They had N/A sodas for the kids and lots to "do" such as outdoor corn hole and live music 1-3 nights a week in the summer.

I would be remiss if I didn't mention the beautiful views of Ithaca and all the nearby waterfalls, hiking trails, kayak spots, swim holes, etc. This site really has everything to offer. I can't wait to go back!

If you are looking for a first-hand photography experience at your Airbnb in trade for a 2-night stay, I am available for hire. :) 607-229-5680 and fausel.imagery@gmail.com #fauselimagery
